Whether you schedule via phone or email – the first thing we’ll have you do is fill out your New Patient paperwork. This can be downloaded from our website and filled out before your appointment or you can arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to fill out your paperwork before your initial consultation.

Once you arrive at our clinic for your first visit you will check in at the front desk and either turn in your paperwork (if you filled it out ahead of time) or you will receive paperwork to fill out prior to your consultation. Dr. Mike will review your paperwork and go over the complete history of your symptoms, why you are looking to receive care, and goals for treatment. An exam will follow this thorough consultation to rule out any red flags or contraindications to treatment and to determine exactly what is causing your symptoms (muscle, nerve, tendon, joint, etc.). When the exam is complete, Dr. Mike will answer any questions that you have related to your health, chiropractic, or the clinic. Dr. Mike may also order spinal x-rays to further analyze the structure of your spine and find the root cause of your symptoms. This will conclude your initial visit and you will schedule your second visit upon exiting the office.

Upon arriving at our clinic for your second visit, you will once again check in at the front desk. Dr. Mike will bring you into his consultation room where he will review his findings from your exam and your spinal x-rays (if ordered) and recommend a course of care that will be best suited to meet your healthcare goals. Once you have made a decision about your treatment plan, your treatment will begin. This may consist of a combination of muscle work, adjustments, stretching, and therapeutic exercises.

At each follow-up visit you will continue to receive the same quality of care and focused attention as you received on your initial visits. Depending on your condition and goals, your home exercise plan and other recommendations will be updated throughout care.
